Allen Construction became a corporation in 1999, Chris’s commitment to serving homeowners began well before then. For over 30 years, Chris Allen has built Allen Construction on a foundation of trust, exceptional workmanship, and an unwavering dedication to his clients.

Until the 2026 online presence launch, Allen Construction grew entirely through word-of-mouth referrals and returning clients — a testament to the strong relationships and reputation earned throughout Winchester and beyond. For decades, Chris has built a team with dependable service, meticulous attention to detail, and work he takes pride in.

Chris takes a personalized approach to every project, offering multiple options and highly accurate pricing—even when working from architect plans. Whether you're building from the ground up, remodeling a kitchen or bathroom, adding to your home, creating a new deck, or taking on another improvement project, our team is dedicated to bringing your vision to life.

From the initial consultation through completion, we prioritize clear communication, thoughtful planning, and outstanding results. Our goal is to make every project smooth, stress-free, and built to stand the test of time. As a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating, we remain committed to the standards and service that has shaped Allen Construction.

We look forward to helping you build, renovate, and improve the spaces that matter most.
